Kaizen-Muse Creativity coaching uses the nine muses and a bodyguard (the muses were reinvented by author Jill Badonsky in her book The Nine Modern Day Muses and a Bodyguard).Creative Coaching involves weekly telephone calls and follow-up emails focusing on the clients needs in regards to their creativity. The calls may include looking at what is hindering creativity and tools to unblock creativity.Assignments that incorporate very small steps are developed in the call. Calls also include a guided imagery at the end of each session.
